Hey, my names Aaron and I'm new to this forum. There are some guys here that really seem to know their stuff, which brings me to my question:

I'm trying to find a night vision rifle scope and night vision binoculars. I've looked at a few different ones but I'm seeking additional advice. Has anyone tired Yukon's binoculars or their night vision riflescopes??

Only serious replies please

Thanks

Since, the OP never responded to this thread, I'd like to do a minor hijack as I have almost the same question. I've been thinking about getting myself (or my father) a night vision monocular in the $200-300 price range. This would be for spotting hogs at the ranch when they are eating up the corn around the feeders. Yukon and Bushnell seem to be the only brands in this price point. Should I expect very low performance in this price range? I don't really have a barometer for how much I would have to spend in order to get something that is not generally considered to be of Barska, BSA, Simmons type quality from a riflescope perspective.

$200-$300 will get something taht will show hogs t 100 yards, maybe a little more.

For $500, you can get something quite a bit better.

For $11,000, even better still!

The way to go would be to save for awhile and buy a FLIR system(thermal imaging, infrared.)  They run a few thousand, but it's thermal.
