I just purchased and received the Ivey Precision Adjustable Scope Mount for my Hensoldt 6-24x72 scope.
It is truly a piece of engineering/machining art.  The mounts can be had in Mils (50 mils adjustment) or MOA (175 MOA adjustment).  Since the Hensoldt is Mil/Mil, I got this one in mils.
I've not mounted it yet, waiting on a stock modification for the McMillan stock.  I believe it is the best mount I've ever had hands on… I've used Spuhr, own several Near Alphamounts, Aadmount, etc… I have a Leatherwood 100MOA mount from several years ago that I have used on several rifle/scope combinations… if you have a fine scope that just doesn't have enough adjustment, these mounts make a lot of sense.  They are not optimum for hunting, but can be used in that role, but shine for any form of long range target shooting.

Have you considered Era-Tac mount that allows you to select different built in slopes?

I have considered them, some time back.  The Ivey is a fully adjustable mount that adjusts just like using the elevation adjustment on a scope, 0.5mils/click, 10mils per full turn.  A locking cam locks the adjustment into place.  It is solid, I like the way the scope is mounted to it, love the adjustment range.  It is perfect for my Hensoldt.  I will probably move a couple of other scopes to Ivey mounts, specifically the March on the 7mmSTW and the USOptics on the NEMO Omen Recon.  50 mils or 175 MOA, superior craftsmanship… a lot to like.

I've been looking at the Ivey and for ELR, I can see how that is a good idea.  I do not do that a whole lot, so I decided against it.

I do find the idea of an Era-Tac or Aadmount Select-A-Slope appealing since I can set the slope just right for a particular scope/rifle and use internal adjustments from there.

I came very close to purchasing the Era-Tac AND the Aadmount Select.  When I found the Ivey, I was intrigued by the craftsmanship and the fact with the Hensoldt I now have about 65 mils adjustment on the .338 Lapua.  Though I maybe won't do it, with that mount I can easily change the Hensoldt around on several rifles.

On any quality rifle that scope/mount combo is limited only by shooter deficiencies.

It's almost as good as finding "The Perfect Country and Western Song"...
