I finally got to play with the smartscope today.  Steer clear.  This thing is way to bulky for a hunting scope, not to mention expensive.  It does come in a nice wood presentation case with an operator video.

bu tboy does that thing look cool. I'd love to have had some of the pics it took on the last hunting trip I took. I had one shot I missed one a whitetail
that was at a full run at 250 yards with the wind blowing 25 mph and me shooting offhand at it....would have been curious where I actually shot...

Can't see putting amything that big or bulky on anything I have or will ever have. To each his own I guess, but I just can't see it.....ever.
