The real baseball season starts today (as opposed to the season that started in Japan last week for the Red Sox and A's, and the pseudo start in Washington last night).  Finally there will be something decent to watch on TV.

Predictions:  Braves and Indians in the World Series.

My Rangers will have another weak year Sad

I don't see this happening. The braves ain't a worlds series team well the coach ain't but the team look fairly good so far. 0-1 not a bad start.I would love to see Chipper get one more ring.maybe he wouldn't be so grummpy during the season.

I think if Nolan went to the mound he'd still be one of their better pitchers.  Your avatar of him putting a whoopin' on Ventura is still one of my favorite baseball moments.  Nolan was in his 40's then.

They're off to a good start.  I like Ned Yost.  I'm hoping he'll be back in Atlanta to manage when Cox retires.

Try being an Orioles fan!!!! Ranked dead last by almost all sports writers....I miss the good old days with Earl Weaver managing , Brooks Robinson on 3rd , Mark Bellanger at SS, Boog Powell on first , Jim Palmer on the mound , etc... I even miss the Cal Ripkin days when he broke Lou Gehrig's record ( was there for both the tying game and the record breaker) . Now we have the worst owner in professional sports and a really nice empty stadium..

At least you're not a Cubs fan.  But they are actually supposed to be good this year.  We'll see.
