Then Igave it my Kitchen Sink Meat Rub....and I drowned it in tomato-basil soup and diced tomatoes....and lots of pepper....

Of course I had my usual potatoes, carrots, and onions in the bottom of the crock pot and cooked them for four hours before I put the meat in....then I dumped on two cans of that soup and a can of chile-diced tomatoes, and then two cans of French-cut green beans and a quart of mushrooms.

Then I cooked THAT for five more hours. You can cut the beef with a wooden spoon!

Johnny Carsons monologue has a rough start, but a hilarious end

"And...Eduardo didn't fill the apartment up with smoke like he did last month when the frying pan caught fire!"

I've been cooking a lot of pork belly here lately.   Family loves it on the smoker for a few hours and then finish it in the oven on broil to crisp up the skin.
