I need help in finding a 8x32 hunting bino, I currently own a pair of 8x32 legends, but I'm looking to upgrade.  I'd like to stay in the $ 400-650 range,  I'm just not sure what products to look at and I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I've seen 8x32 Leupold Gold Rings within your stated budget.

These are very good binos for the money.  Maybe a touch bigger objective than you want but they weight less than the Golden Rings.

Thanks to all, for the suggestions, out of the Minox or Pentax which do you perfer,  I don't believe I'll get a chance to physically handle either one, and I'll probably purchase sight unseen.

Minox would be first choice.
Do a google search for the best price.

I had both the Minox and Pentax and I don't think you could go wrong wit either one of those.  The only thing that would change my mind was their warrenty and where the service center is located incase you need them.  I would also look at the Leupold Katami they were pretty good glass for the money and they come in 32mm.   Good luck!

If it isn't too late I would suggest you hold off just a little. I just saw some comments about a Meopta Meostar 8x32 soon to hit the shelves. No specs as of yet but here is a copy of the brochure being posted:

If the specs are anything like its big brother then these are going to be excellent bins!

Beware that the Leupold Katmai 8x32 lacks the wide field of view of most 8x32's.
In fact, for a 8x32 model, their field of view is really narrow: 335 ft.

I would look into the Minox, Pentax, Vortex, etc.
