I have been thinking about the SS 6x for bench rest Varmint class @100 & 200 yard matches, and am seeking reviews on how they are for these distances. It will be going on a 260 Rem Savage model 10,this particular rifle shoots groups well under .5 @100 with a 12x scope but I can see the holes at 12 and was wondering if I would be able to at half the power or the 1/2" bulls eye at this distance shooting for score.
 Thanks.

Wes, has one that i know of and has stated elsewhere that the glass is on par with the standard 10x, 16x, and 20x.  That said the glass would certainly be servicable enough for it as long as you can deal with 6x at 200yds it would be a fantastic scope for the purpose mentioned.

I have a 6x42 Super Sniper and I am quite happy with it.

As far as seeing your groups goes, I suspect you will be able to see the bullet holes in reasonable comfort unless the lighting is really unfavorable.  It is certainly not going to be as easy as with a 12x scopes, but not all that difficult either.

As far as seeing the 1/2" target, that you should definitely be able to see without any problems.
