Nothing specific, but when I was loading for the 6mm, I used ALOT of IMR4350. Always had good accuracy and velocity.

I realize this is an older question but since I am a new member I had to answer this one. First off I love the 6MM caliber. I have 2 rifles, 1 for varmints and one for hunting Black-tail deer.
I use a 70Gr Nosler Ballistic tip for my varmint rifle. For years I used 47 grains of IMR 4350 but I have now switched to 4831 @ 50.5 grains. My velocity is 3587 FPS and I love this combo so far! As for the 100 grain bullet I shoot the Partition. I am using 48 grains of RL22 and so far I like it. I have used it for 2 seasons and it has performed well for me. |
