Cool CFII. with the JP Howitzer on my 300win very little muzzle blast would even make it to the scope. Do you think a point blank round would make it thru?

Send me one I'll film a point blank range 3inches or less from crown to lens with a .338 winmag with a 250gr Accubond. or a 300winmag with a 200gr accubond. just to see if distance matters.I like to destroy stuff as you all know.

Uh, you'd have to sign some major disclaimers before I'd have anything to do with that and I don't have those kind of disclaimers.

Your starting to sound like my wife now lol. I'll come there to do it.

No. I personally don't think it is impossible but a one in a million chance. Would just have to be the perfect shot.

100yds.

The next test will be a little more scientific.  I never realized how much I would LOVE shooting a scope.  Watching that thing fly through the air sent a chill up my spine.  I am torn over whether to try the 500gr DG ammo or some 440gr solid lead bullets loaded to 1450fps.  I love "more power", but sometimes less is more.

I'm gonna need a lot of scopes...
The quest for the perfect round for the perfect target exercise.
Anyone know how to get hold of Gunny Hathcock's load data?  It would be interesting to try to precisely recreate that shot with the same ammo load.
My wife is supposed to mail the Simmons today.  She said I was a jerk.
