Both are quite decent actually. I'd lean toward the 3200 Bushy if only due to the Rainguard coating.

Both are good scopes for the money. What rifle? Might want to check the eye relief. Only fly with the Bushnell's I have seen.

4200 3-9x40 just like they said. It's not even on the same planet as the FFII and I have one of those and 3 4200's.

I think both scopes are very comparable, its a toss up to me.

I have to agree your splitting hairs between the 3200 and the Burris FF. Personally, I'd spend the extra hundred dollars of so and go with the 4200 Elite 3-9.  It's a step up, actually I think it's a couple steps up.

The Fullfield II is several steps up from the 3200 in my view.  This is the scope that made the big name manufacurers wake up and start making improvements.  After comparing both, I bought several Fullfield IIs and sent back the 3200.

The Burris Fullfield IIs also come in package deals with some add-on premiums, like inexpensive spotting scopes or binoculars that are handy to just throw in the kit or the car.

The 4200 is a higher level scope.  I do wish it had an adjustable eyepiece.  This is handy when you wear glasses just some of the time, or when you are letting other shooters try your rifle at the range.

I'd go with the 3200 or 4200.  But I can't vouch for the customer service over Burris...

4200 all the way!  Nice glass!
