I was able to find the following windage adjustable 30mm Weaver/Picatinny rings.  Are there others? Does anyone have experience with these?

Burris Signature Zee 30mm - These tend work well, but do not fit the rail on this gun tightly enough.

US Optics Screw-lock Rings Mark III - I have not used these, but they are very expensive.

Millet Angle-Loc - I've had aweful experiences with Millett rings and scopes.

ATN 30mm Adjustable Rings - They look good, but I am worried about ATN quality

What sort of bad experiences did you have with the Millets? We sell a set once in a blue moon. I've always wondered why they didn't sell better as they looked to be designed well.

I like to compare the pliability of ATN rings to particle board. It'll last for a little while then will just go all to hell. I was installing a pair one time when the rings split right in half just from tightening the torx screws. Not good stuff at all.

The clamping surface to the base on Millet rings seems to be very narrow which makes it less sturdy than I like and much more prone to minute misalignment and shifts in zero.  The ring itself has a surface finish on the inside (ridges of some sort) that really seems to damage the scope tube.

Most Weaver/Picatinny rings are actually quite repeatable if you take them off and then put them back on even if they are not designated as QD.  Except for Millets, in my experience.
