Good luck with that.   The closest you will find will probably be a 4x or a 1-4 variable.

FX-II SCOUT 2.5X28 DUPLEX  long eye relief is no longer in production.

The Burris 1x and 2x are no longer in production.
Weaver rimfire and Redfield 2-7 no longer in production. might find a used one.  Might be a used  Weaver K3 on line.
Burris makes some 2x and 2.75x long eye relief /  scout  or pistol scopes not likely those will work.

Really the only thing that I know of that is a fixed 2x or 3x is a Compact ACOG Trijicon https://www.swfa.com/trijicon-2x20-compact-acog-rifle-scope-14.html?___SID=U  it mounts to picatinny with a La Rue  RCO mount.

This is what I have on a 22mag and I like it.

This scope should fit the bill. I would not worry about the parallax setting on this a 2.5 at rimfire ranges, either. I use a fixed 4X with the same parallax with no problems on a standard 10/22 that is from 1976. It is deadly on squirrels.

Conventional low power fixed magnification scopes are really hard to come buy these days.

The 2.5x tahqua linked above is a very nice option, although it is really intended for centerfires, long eye relief and all.  On some compact rimfire actions it can be hard to mount.

Looking for some sort of a 1-4x or similar scope with short-ish eyerelief would be your best bet.

Interestingly, Belomo makes a really respectable PO 3.5x17 scope in Belorussia, but there are not many reputable sources of these in the US.

For a 22 just get a thirty year old Weaver 4X from El Paso and mount it. Buy a pristine one from eBay. You're not going to be hunting after dark like the Black Forest in Germany....forget about parallax--- at less than 6X....no biggie....maybe you shoot your squirrel an eighth of an inch wrong....whatever.....enjoy.
