Ok so you guys pointed me to a good scope last time I needed one so I figured I might as well get opinons for you again.

Just got a 25-06 for coyotes. Actually 3 of us have them. Friend just got a
Bushnell Trophy 4-12x40 DOA. It looks nice but I was wondering if anyone had and opinon about it?

I'm  looking at the Burris 4.5-14x42 Fullfield II for mine.

Any comparison of the two? What's your opinon of both? Which would you go for and why?

I already have a Burris 2-7x35 Fullfield II  on my AR-15 . It is the first and only scope I have had but I like it alot.

If your happy with your current FFII, why not be another.  Sure there are better scopes available, but you sure could do worse also.  In my opinion the FFII is a better scope than the trophy line.

FFII is better than the trophy indeed, have you looked as some of the Elite scopes made by Bushnell? The 3200 line will be similar to the FFII but has the rainguard feature which helps tremendously in some conditions.  The 4200 line will be better optically but may be going to high up.  But Like Lucytuma said, can't go wrong with something you know works.

Based on the scopes I have been looking at lately, I think that in your price range you should really be looking at Vortex Diamondback:
