The anti-fogging requirement narrows the field quite a bit. When you also add the $350 or less parameter, then the only option that fits both criteria is a Bushnell Elite 3200. You can get a 5-15X40, 5-15X50, or 7-21X40. Elite 4200 and Sightron Big Sky scopes both have the water repelling feature, but neither fit the budget that you have set. No scopes are guaranteed not to fog - they can under certain situations. But they are definitely less likely to than the scopes that do not have the water repellant coating on them. If you are able to exceed the $350 budget, I would definitely upgrading to the Elite 4200 or the Sightron Big Sky. Both are great scopes that are well worth the investment. I have an Elite 4200 6-24X40 with a dot recticle mounted on a 223. I have been very satisfied with it so far. If you will tell everyone what the intended application for this rifle is, then they can help recommend an appropriate recticle also.
