I haven't used the win mag, but did have a 260 Remington, which is a 264 moving at about 2700 FPS.
I was impressed with the ballistics of the round, and killed many animals with it, but they weren't bang-flop kills, most things ran a bit. My guess is the win mag will hit with a little more velocity, but they will punch through. The TSX is a great bullet, breaks big bones, retains weight well, and petals out to do lots of damage going through. Shot placement. Shot placement. Shot placement.
